Rachel Cairns

Rachel grew up in Vancouver and started acting in film and TV as a teenager. She studied acting in England at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, receiving her BA and continuing on to tour the UK playing Shakespeare’s Juliet for a year. Since returning to Canada she has worked across the country in theatre and film, as well as creating and producing her own web series. Counting herself lucky to have found mentors early on, Rachel loves working with young people who are beginning their creative journey and discovering meaningful expression through theatre.
