Sarah Caraher

Sarah is a musical theatre performer and a graduate of both St. Clair College’s Music Theatre Performance Program and Capilano University’s Bachelor of Performing Arts Program. Performance credits include the title role in Theatre Calgary’s The Little Prince and Mary in Podium Concert Productions’ The Secret Garden. Sarah created Elite Music Academy’s Musical Theatre Program, where she directed several youth productions. She also teaches piano and singing lessons, and is thrilled to be working with YPT!

Describe your favourite Drama School memory:

Watching my first round of Summer Camp performances and being so impressed with how creative and talented the kids are! Seeing how excited the students get before each performance is also a favourite.

What would the central theme of a play written about you be?

Overcoming adversity, using the arts to connect with others and yourself, and good things coming in small packages.
