It is so incredible to be welcoming students back – in-person – to our Drama School! We’re offering classes for JK-Gr. 8 on Saturdays at the Assembly Hall in Etobicoke. The Drama School continues to be a place for children and youth to investigate the world around them in fun and creative ways, and to tell the stories that matter to them. New students are welcome throughout the year; however each term builds upon the last. Enrolling in all three provides the most comprehensive learning experience. Fall Term
(Oct. 15 – Dec. 3)

Essential Skills
Students build core theatre skills in movement, voice and character. Confidence and creative expression is developed through drama exercises and improvisation.

Winter Term
(Jan. 14 -Mar. 4)

Theatre Craft
Theatre skills are deepened through story building, character creation and performance techniques. Students will learn how to transform their unique ideas into a play form.

Spring Term
(Apr. 15 – June 10)

Play Creation
Using the skills they have learned, students collaborate to create their own play and perform it on stage on the final weekend of the term.
